Ask a plain question. A lawyer signs the answer or says no.

A draft comes back. A lawyer reads it, checks it against current law in your state, and signs it as general information, declines it, or sends it back for facts. If you want an opinion on your own situation, the lawyer can take you on directly as a client. That is between you and the lawyer.

Three commitments

  • You never see a price on the card. A fee that fires on signing turns your license into a payment gate. Declining costs you nothing.
  • No cut of your fee, no pay per lead. Avvo shut down its flat-fee legal marketplace in 2018 after state bars objected on fee-sharing and referral grounds (Hinshaw). Colorado's opinion 122 treats pay-per-lead services as impermissible (CBA). We will ask your bar before any fee exists.
  • Clients who want an opinion engage you directly. The relationship, the engagement letter and the fee are yours.

How it decides

No model in the checks. No made-up percentages.

A claim passes only if its quoted words appear verbatim in the document and its numbers, dates and weekdays agree with the quote. A clause the document contains that the summary never carries is flagged as missing. A statement that goes beyond the document's words is marked as the AI's reading and gets no score, because that one is yours to judge. No confidence percentage is shown: none has been measured on legal drafts, and inventing one would be the failure this is built to catch.
